Rode today and marvelled at how many sfd are ready for intensification. Also, it took ~6 minutes to go from Humber College station to Woodbine by bus so I expect many workers to continue using this route.

This is new to me and perhaps another sign of Yorkville’s expansion west of Avenue which is something many Boomers swore would never, ever happen! 😂

I wonder how much these units will jump in value?! Does this guarantee that the 2nd tower gets built?! And where are his papers going?

^I have seen renderings of an off-centre hotel (designed by a certain Danish firm) proposed for on top of the silos which would be great as it would terminate the view east on QQE.

^Not sure but I imagine that it would be adjacent.

People moving in so ECC is getting another boost! Hopefully useful retail goes in.
