Noticed this from King West in Parkdale last week and the exoskeleton glowed a beautiful silver from sunset with glazing appearing black. Very nice touch!

^You are correct, however I’m speculating that 1) live-work is going to be very loosely interpreted and 2) applications will be forthcoming to take the next logical step to obvious uses.

This is on Dovercourt just south of Herbert. With several of these going up plus existing/new cafés/restos planned I’m going to speculate that ‘Lower Dovercourt is the next Ossington!’

Great points! I would throw in that Loblaws on Jarvis may not be around forever and there are always new buildings opening in this area. I’m a frequent user of the Leo’s in Canary and it is always busy and seems to have most bases covered.
