My opinion: the union (i.e. representing the future operators) wants to know what happened in the yard accident/collision. Metrolinx/Crosslinx isn't saying because the line hasn't been handed over to TTC yet, so they figure tey need not (or are contractually bound not to) share the details.

I don't mean turn backs; just crew change. The train would run the whole line, the crews would only do part of a line. Line 2 uses Coxwell for crew changes, but as far as I know the crews rest and then continue eastbound and do operate the trains on the entire line. Anyway, just thinking aloud...
