I don’t think thats an indication of anything. They paid 19 million for this site and are still very well in business. Station park tower 4 has permits approved for shoring and digging. Just waiting on more sales to begin

I looked back several posts and couldn’t find my answer but are these two the 30 and 60 storey towers or the 42 and 72 going up currently?

Council approved this project but fought for affordable housing to be included. They settled on a 3 floor increase with 30 affordable units. This now stands 45fl and 151.5m
