Agreed, we went to every community consultation for this building, and while people complained about the height, it mostly was unaffected. I just don't find the complaints about this building so far to be a bit hollow.

They are replacing two 3 story buildings with 12 stories on a collection of properties spanning half the block or more. The land behind it is separated from these lots by a right of way, and on a crescent.
