unless you are continual building yes it will fritter away. I think more LRTs will be built in Ontario before that happen though there is also the waterfront LRT and ION as well. these projects will probably get us to around 2040 for continual LRT building and by then i am sure a bunch more...

Does the 157m area limit no longer apply for new projects here anymore then? A 200m + building here would look great in the skyline

TBM are single use items. You don't take them apart and rebuilt it someplace else. They are often just left in the ground after the tunnel is done

Commercial building always go up fast. you can thank not needing so many internal walls, washroom and plumbing. Plus the faster they go, the sooner they start making rent money
