Attended the Boardwalk Suite Exclusive Broker Event. The Podium is now only 9 floors, reduced by 2 floors. Tentative occupancy date pushed to July 2018. Price is pretty good. The lowest VIP price is $267,000 for a 516 sq ft one bedroom unit on the 7th floor.

Occupancy started last week. Lobby is sill under contstruction. Lockers are not finish. Lots of constructions are going on. It is a mess.

Purchasers are asked to sign amendments to change the occupancy date to end of 2013.

Went by the site last weekend. Not much has been going on for this project.

My friends told me the colour selections for their non-penthouse unit is very limited. Only 3 colours to choose for hardwood floors, in oak only. Upgrade from Granite to Quartz kitchen counter top is not allowed (Quartz is only for penthouse units). Pot light upgrade is not available...

Eug: How long did your friend have to wait to get the money back? Is there any regulation on the time frame of returning the deposit money?
