If Carney offered to give West Quebec billions for health care etc i am sure the CAQ would take issue with that.

The CAQ came in acting like the white knight turns out there not better then the PQ or any other party.

A Sens partnership would make tons of sense.

Any idea when construction could start?

My concern is not this year but the new term of council.
