As is the case with all of the Yonge and Steeles developments, they are waiting on the North York Secondary plan to be approved. My business was evicted 11 years ago, because construction was going to start soon..... so far.. nothing..

15-20 years before we see anyone living there. They have been redeveloping the waterfront for 50 years. Great concept and love the community look, but until it is built, hard to believe it is not a pipe dream.

Any chance this development as it is presented survives? They have been working on the earth moving for almost three years, and some of those business's have been vacated. Will there be construction on all the subway infrastructure and all the new buildings at the same time? Always seems to take...
