It's too much. It's as if they tried to incorporate every single design element into this building. It's much like the Bell Tiff Lightbox mess.

I like this development. I wonder how it ever got approved?

This building would have looked a lot better if it was built as originally proposed. Yet another wonderful gift from those a-holes at City Hall.

Because this is Toronto. We are a boring and bland people who accept and embrace mediocrity. Everyone involved in the development chain is likewise boring and bland and are only interested in maximizing profit and in making things as easy for themselves as possible. To paraphrase Henry Ford...

Wait until all the revisions are done. By the time it's completed, it'll be a boring, cheap, gray box - but very profitable for the developer - which apparently is all theat really matters in this town!

I like this development - it's a pleasant change from the usual, boring, derivitive projects.

Why is everyone gushing over this project? It's Nothing special! Just another grey eyesore in the city! The only person or persons who should be gushing are the developers as they laugh all the way to the bank! Just because something is over 20 storeys doesn't make it a gem!

I am pleased that this project is going ahead! I was born at St. Michael's Hospital at a very early age! The Doctor took one look at me and slapped my mother!

The kind of people who will either own or rent in this building will more than likely have very good jobs. They can afford cars and perhaps even need them for work. I take public transit and it is unpleasant to say the least. Don't expect someone who has a lot of money to put up with the TTC...

I agree. I think this is a quality project and original primarily because anyone of the usual array of greedy, money-grubbing private developers isn't involved. They are only interested in maximizing profits - not in building quality projects that enhance the city. Now, I am not blaming...

That's a shame if they shelve this project - but not unexpected considering the economy and the huge deficit and debt.

I like this building - but the name makes me cringe!

I hope they'll plant plenty of trees and bushes on the west side of the park so people won't have to view that hideous condo development to the west!

I like this building - I like the finish, and I usually hate most things!

From those pictures ... Geez! There is a LOT to do and only three years left to do it! :-/ I don't have a good feeling about this! I think the Pam Am officials better start booking rooms at the local hotels!
