Just as an FYI - had the superintendent come into the unit to check the hot water as it wasn't getting very hot. He noticed the issue as well. He said he couldn't do much about it as he thinks its the demand of water in the building. So he said to bring it up to onni care for anyone else...

not sure why they can't just reset your fob. The program is in the computer there seems to be only one guy at the front desk who knows how to program these things properly but he sometimes isn't all that helpful tbh

haven't had this issue. But noticed water from the shower doesn't get hot. I do like really hot showers but it seems to not get super hot on max level and then gets lukewarm relatively quickly. Will have to submit that on the 30 day. Anybody else have that issue?

cool! they sent me a register thing to logon to condo communities so I booked my elevator. But not sure if its valid since I'm still waiting for key release (met up with lawyer yesterday) . But if all works out i'm supposed to move in on the 15th
