On the DVP bridge shift: a worker at the site told me it will take 55 hours in total to move the bridge, starting probably after midnight tonight. The exact start time will depend on when the DVP is fully closed.

Lol here's why: "this person" is a director at Metrolinx. It's PR... Puts his pessimism about the ability of Metrolinx to assess what went wrong with this project and retain talent in perspective!
