interestingly enough the unit referenced in my post above increased the price from $4500 to $5000. Probably because the 1+1 bedroom sub 700 sqft unit was listed for $5500 (never leased)

Building is up for sale. Given its up on MLS I can only assume no one wants to touch it, these sort of properties typically end up on MLS once its been picked through off market by all the developers that have the means/funds to do something with it.
