interestingly enough the unit referenced in my post above increased the price from $4500 to $5000. Probably because the 1+1 bedroom sub 700 sqft unit was listed for $5500 (never leased)

Building is up for sale. Given its up on MLS I can only assume no one wants to touch it, these sort of properties typically end up on MLS once its been picked through off market by all the developers that have the means/funds to do something with it. Last sold in 2022 for $18M. Freestanding...

All Tenants have vacated and site has been fenced off as of week of March 9th 2026. I cant seem to find a demolition permit though.

not sure if this has been discussed before (cant seem to find anything buried in the thread) but the same group that owns 50,90 Yonge and 390 Duplex also bought out the entire section of houses from 17-41 Henning Avenue with the last lot closing in Jan 2025. Quite the holding in Yonge and Eglinton
