I walk by this site almost daily. It’s quite a large site for just 2 buildings. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the GO station. The two buildings just to the east of this are both vacant now too.

As mentioned above this is just grading of the site for the upcoming Cirque de Soleil from March to June.

Finally something happening on this site. They seem to be removing the earthen hill at the south end of the site along Marine Parade.

I live next door at 15 Legion. It sure took awhile for this to come to light. I’m excited to see this move forward.

I noticed yesterday that there was some soil testing going on at the Polish Association of Toronto at 2282 Lake Shore West. I hadn’t heard of any sale of the property there but it is a considerable size. Anyone else heard any whispers about anything going on there?

Any idea if there is to be a next phase here? The area between Phoenix and the GO tracks is quite substantial.

Apparently the Esso station on the corner is now for sale.
