Build wide steps around that entire basin (like Chicago Riverwalk) and line that square with restaurants and patios! In the summer setup large projection screen at the south end and people can sit or float and watch movies together.

From the one dusk rendering we have, outside of the crown there won't be any other lighting. We also don't see much evidence in the construction photos except for maybe the lower corner balconies. Such a shame, we could really do with more architectural lighting in this city. Check out how...
