BTW, people should really read their documents. Renting a unit prior to closing is clearly a violation of the contract. It is clearly pointed in the sales agreement.

Good find. You can tell by the pictures this unit was purchased to be rented - - everything is standard. Actually the price is not bad.

For me that was good 40% of the reason. The rest was it's relative distance from downtown (oops, it's a sacrilege to say something like this here) but it takes me only 35min to get to Union, if needed. Ah, not to forget - the lack of beggars etc, so abundant in downtown is another reason...

One thing is for sure - they didn't have problems selling out the highrises and now the townhouses. I remember that about 80% of the units in Phase 1 were sold at the first few days of the opening.

One thing keep in mind - for these matters nothing or very little depends on the reps and decor consultants at the sales centre so don't expect much from them... instead you may want to call Fernbrook directly. Ask for Sharron.

.. and the floor plans are gone from the main web site. All sold I guess. I was at the site on Sunday and one big section of the fence was missing from the west side .. as everything is covered already, it's very tempting to look around but of course that's trespassing so I'll just wait...
