I like the way the mechanical room at the top has been integrated into the architecture. That's how it's done, not like those cheap grey boxes appearing on many new towers.

??? I lived on McMurrich so I know the street very well. I don't get it. I think the tower looks top heavy and mish-mashy....awkward to be exact. Why do you guys like it so much and why do you think it would be one of the best condo projects in the city....I'm askin'!

I guess this structure will be coming down soon. I wonder if architect Raymond Moriyama ever thought his studio would be demolished for a condo.
