Lumière makes living at ROCP much more enjoyable... I now see a beautiful building when I look out of my window, and I can continue to enjoy my apt and its great layout since I can't see the outside of my own building. On the other hand, if I were to live at Lumière... ;-)

Took a look inside Lumiere today during a PDI. Apparently first occupancies take place next week, and the wraps will be coming off.

Workmanship looks pretty good, all things considered. And the interior designs are clean and contemporary.

What are the occupancy dates like to higher-floor units? Going into February?

That would make some sense - they have asked to be provided 9 post dated cheques to cover Occupancy prior to closing.

Well, I think floor 12, according to Craigslist rental listings, is moving in before the New Year, so it may be quicker than 1 floor per week (I think it was Dec 15th). Just curious as my current lease expires in May and I like this building.

The view from the back side: Almost beginning to resemble Park Avenue's front side..
