looks like a bear, but maybe a bull would be better for the bull-market that condos have been experiencing...

Yes, I thought I was the only one who thought that from the north, some of these towers look like they couldn't be bothered with the roof elements. Luna seems to be the best example here. Not sure why this is.

I completely agree. Looks great.
Luna's curve gives it so much more personality than the rest of the towers. In comparision, HVE looks rather uninspired.
 
I find Concord does a good job with the landscaping portion of their buildings. Everything seems to come together nicely for the most part.
 
^I don't know. That north linear "park" looks more like a north linear driveway.

It's not bad ... but yea, some nice brick or what not would have gone a long way to differentiate it from a road for cars.
