As per reporting the US has stuck to military targets and it's the Israelis going after the regime. And that only has me more concerned. Will Trump simply declare victory and move on once their target list is exhausted, irrespective of the state of affairs in the country?
Also, killing some top folks is not regime change. There's an entire apparatus of theocratic authorities enmeshed with their security state (IRGC) who are separate from the actual military. Regime change requires killing a lot of these people as a first step. Having watched tens of thousands slaughtered a month ago, what young Iranian will take to the streets now, knowing Trump could abandon them at any moment? They need to see the regime savaged first. Like most of these folks killed would be an absolute pre-, requisite.

Like narduch, there's quite a few who harbour sympathies for the Iranian regime (not the people) because that regime acts as the sugar daddy for Israeli killing proxies (Hamas and Hezbollah). For some of them dead Iranians is a small price to pay for dead Israelis. You can see the grief that some of these folks are going through because they are worried about those proxies losing their patron.
A lot of the Arab voters in Michigan got duped into thinking that Trump was somehow less of an Israeli bootlicker than Harris. Oops!
