From today:
I don't think the accent lighting (maple leaves) is operational, so that's probably a rendering.Looks pretty cool to me if that's a real photo. Is it?
Maybe because it was pre sold and mainly built during the investor box era?'m actually serious. How can buyers really take this cladding
So they don't care at all? I know if they sue the developer, the courts can say they bought subject to change but the shift here is too noticeable to ignore.Maybe because it was pre sold and mainly built during the investor box era?
Was There at the building yesterday, Saw the model suites. Finishing is top notch. Forget about the propaganda about the social media bullshit, developer is working hard at rectifying issues and making things right. I was thoroughly Impresses. They do Acknowledge the issues they have faced but are not hiding face but resolving them. Location has blown my mind, and I'm super excited for the amenities to be ready. March is when they expect to deliver all units by and final closings to be done for most.

Barrisol® originated in France over 50 years ago within the company NORMALU S.A., which was founded by Mr Fernand Scherrer in 1967 under a S.A.R.L. type. ,NORMALU S.A. commercialized two licenses in aluminum tracks: SYMA - SYSTEM and TSI. The company began to manufacture the first stretched ceilings in 1969. Their first Barrisol® patent of registration was in 1975, the same year they won a Silver Medal in BATIMAT for the Barrisol® stretch ceiling.
A bit weird to see City Place finally fully built out.I can't believe this thread is almost 20 years old...I was a young 'hopeful' newcomer when this thread started - and now pushing 40 lol
