How is it one of their flagship projects? The unit finishes are entry level compared to Kings Landing.

Here's hoping. That kind of treed buffer is absolutely excellent at buffering the traffic sewer that is York St next to the Gardiner - it would be useful on Spadina as well which is even busier.

The long runs of influent water pipe experience axial expansion when pressurized, which have not been effectively restrained. When the complete system was pressurized there were many failures. They’ve since drained and smoke tested the pipes (actually they use a lavender scent as to not smoke out new apartments) and found even more leaks.

Somewhere between 10-25% of units have had keys given to owners (total move ins are probably closer to 10%). There’s also a major issue with AC so residents have had to put up with awful heat, water shutoffs, and water damages.

Hi! We are a group of residents in this building and had experienced the issues you mentioned here. We really appreciate you for sharing this matter and the follow up, they really help to shed some light as to what's going on!!

We were wondering whether your family friend has any updates on Canada House?

Some units have had multiple holes cut with no clear explanation other than being told it's 'critical preventative measure'. Would your family friend be able to provide any clarity on this?

Is it normal for construction/plumbing work do be happening past midnight? A resident in the building said that someone in full construction clothing tried to enter their unit at 2:30 a.m., which has left them scared as they live alone.

Sadly our official community group was disbanded last month when management removed everyone from the group, so many of us in the non-official groups feel in the dark as to what's happening, and we're not really sure what's going on anymore.

We would really appreciate any updates or insights your family friend or anybody with information might be able to share. Our gmail is same as our username.

I am a developer. You need to lawyer up. Right now.

Concord is going to exploit the finite minutiae of the contracts purchasers signed which, unfortunately, are always written in favour of the developer (Concord). But you can find holes if you have a good lawyer and you should absolutely go after them here.
