But if it's starting from the 22nd why on earth would you write "& 23rd"? Of course it includes the 23rd, it includes every day after the 22nd!Looking back at timetables for earlier dates, "Effective" has meant "Starting from". For example, the current timetable was "Effective 30August2025" and has been in effect since then.
Specifying the "November 22 & 23" implies that it doesn't include days other than 22 & 23.
I'm pretty confident that they're just normal schedules that are effective 22 November 2025, but the fact that we're having this discussion at all means that they failed to effectively communicate the schedule changes.
