blast from the past , someone paid this much $$$ back in 2021, can't wait until this building is done and this unit goes up for sale, should be interesting, talk about underwater
 
By the time this building is completed, the condo market will hopefully recover by then, unless it is fully of poorly designed cramped units that’s impractical for an end user to live in. This is a big reason why many of these condos are not selling — tons of these crappy units were instantly snapped up by investors in the last four years at extremely optimistic prices before things like rising interest rates, inflation, supply/labour shortages, tariffs, buyer’s fatigue, and economic uncertainty affected the market.

Trust me - the units are VERY shitty made lmfao. They are crappy, tight, and is made for more of a rental. I know people that paid $1300/sqft for a studio because of the "rental guarantee" offered by the builder.
