Very strange that they are starting the exterior finishing of the east wing but the west wing hasn’t even had its structure erected yet. Is there a logistics issue with the timber supplier?

Looking at the above photos, I notice that the eastern elevator cores finished before the western cores, so it could be the way they are constructing this.
