95 Wellington West recladding (Cadillac Fairview, 20s, WZMH Architects)

Caught mid outfit change. Is it just me, or does this seem to taking a bit more time than usual re-cladding project?

It HAS been very slow but they did little work over the winter and I suppose it is simply easier to work when you do not have to provide heating and weather protection.

The Toronto Club - next door - is slowly starting to be 'unveiled'. Last week a shiny new copper roof (well part of the roof) appeared.

Yes, the S-L-O-W unveil proceeds - it will be good to see the building fully revealed , at the present rate that may not be much before 2025 but ....

The cladding of #95 is still moving along VERY slowly - I had assumed they would try to finish before winter but, unless they REALLY pick up speed, it will drag on. Work on unveiling the Toronto Club is moving along quite well, THEY ought to be fully finished soon.

Not sure if anyone here would have the answer, but, is the renovation going to include EV chargers in the parking garage? Also, is there any timeline on the reopening of the path connection?
