Yeah and there almost at ground level and that's pretty fast in my opinion! Seen in the photos up above!

So the update on the hypothetical Three Bears is that Baby Bear is shedding all its fur, Papa Bear is just rising from its den and Mama Bear is still hiding under a surface parking lot. So too hot, just right and too cold respectively!

The scaling there is off, there is only a height difference of 153 ft so I added +15 floors on including the mech level so thats pretty close to 153ft.

1025' (phase 2 @ 312.5m) - 712' (phase 1 @ 217m) = 313 foot difference (you were looking at Phase 3 height @ 865' ;-).

Nice photos. It has been talked about at length in previous posts, but short answer is a defect in the laminating and it was falling apart, so they all have to be replaced.

Thank you very much. I love so much this tower because it really boost the skyline of Toronto. It makes a nice futuristic trio with the support of CIBC Square and L Tower.

Does anyone know if the shoring been done on the third tower to commence after sales have been finalized?

View from my rooftop this AM. The three of these are really going to create quite an impact of moving the core southwards from this angle.
