The only way Kipling will ever get a light rail line is either westbound on Dundas towards Mississauga or the highly unlikely line to the airport via the hydro corridor. A Dundas LRT would not likely be a TTC line so they can just stuff that MSF somewhere in Mississauga closer to the middle of the line. The hydro corridor option is going to get more noise complains than riders so there's no need to account for that in the first half of this century.
