I love the slightly frosted effect on the balconies. The way they get more opaque the more of an angle you are seeing them from is nice.

I assume we'll be seeing the final stepback on the tower very soon (possibly even on the level being formed right now).
 
From TTC website, this is how the corner will look when completed. This is Dundonald and Yonge looking north.

This is how you do a building podium. It's broken up into smaller volumes with various designs, textures, and uses so well. Plus, I will never complain about adding more entrances to a subway station.

tbh the entire brick part looks Home Depot to me, the texture/color of the brick looks like it was painted or they are using wallpaper. but still it makes the list of top 5 U/C buildings in TO. wonderfull project.
