- All the rental (the two eastern buildings on Wellington + the one eastern building on Front) is Woodbourne, not Tridel
- In addition to the two condo buildings currently for sale, the westernmost one on Front will be going into sales in July or August
- Six restaurants on Wellington
- Rooftop swimming pool is possible because Enwave means no rooftop HVAC equipment
- Construction facts: 335 crew on site, 200 cubic metres of concrete are being poured daily

I found the Tridel stats video referenced within the marketing launch video :) :
 
Biggest ever in Toronto

Is that true? Certainly seems true by simultaneous residential floorspace construction. Possibly by dollar value too though Sick Kids (currently in design phase) is a $2.4B project which is unusually large; CIBC (both buildings) is around $2B.

I agree with "whatever" that Terminal 1 seems on larger both by adjusted price and material volume required for construction.

Skydome was also no slouch with ~9 cranes.

Eglinton LRT certainly wins as largest currently active project in Toronto ($5.3B) but it's not a building (or set of buildings).

The 11 year (nearly mid-way through) Darlinton Refurbishment contract is valued at $12.8B if we go GTA wide but even that gets beat by the Bruce Power refurbishment project ($13B).
