Grand Cornell Brownstones (Markham, Lindvest, 4s, ?)

Found myself in the far-flung area around Markham-Stouffville Hospital yesterday and this condominium development at 9th Line/Highway 7 happened to catch my eye. Suprisingly well-built and livable though the stairs do pose an accessibility issue. Still, infinitely better than Lindvest's earlier project - Brownstones at Westown.

Finishing touches are being applied to Phase 1 while Phase 2 further east on Highway 7 is still under construction.

I've also included a photo of a lovely little heritage house that has stolen my heart:
