A brand new community development for mature adults age 55 and over comprises of two Life Lease residential apartments, a Christian church, a Community Centre and a Health and Wellness complex.

Vintage Garden is conveniently located at Victoria Park and McNicoll Avenues (northeast corner) with TTC at the doorstep, and is walking distance to a Chinese shopping centre and restaurants. Total site covers an area of 5,84 acres, with plenty of outdoor landscape and garden space. The zoning and land use for the development have been approved by the Municipal Government. The master plan of Vintage Garden will be implemented in three phases:

Phase I + Sales Office

Phase I consists of a 12-storey building with 184 Life Lease units and a 8,000 s.f. Christian church with community activity space. Phase I was completed in Spring of 2015 and the Life Lease Residence is fully occupied.

Phase II will also consist of a 14-storey Life Lease Residence with about 188 units and a 13,000 sf Gymnatorium serving both the church and the community centre. The Life Lease residences Phase II is completed and occupied as of February 2021.

Phase III of the project will complete the master plan for Vintage Garden Community, proposed as a mid-rise residential building.
