T3 Junction (previously "T3 Sterling Road") is comprised of three next-generation heavy timber creative office buildings totalling 420,000 SF of rentable area. Phase One of the project will include two buildings, 8 and 6 storeys respectively, which will deliver best-in-class creative office to allow Toronto’s most progressive tenants to attract and retain the best talent in the market. The project includes below grade parking, activated at-grade retail, and a programmed public park adjacent to T3 Sterling Road and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).

Designed by DLR Architects, T3 Sterling Road is a continuation of Hines' ‘T3’ heavy timber creative office program that has successfully attracted top tech and creative tenants across North America. The buildings will offer light-filled interiors, permanent city views, and high quality tenant amenities.
