Cat Parkette ("The Cats") includes two new parks, Draper Park and the Wellington Cat Promenade, designed by Claude Cormier + Associés around the new mixed-use development – The Well, developed by Allied Properties REIT, RioCan REIT and Diamond Corp. The Cats are inspired by Dizzy, the neighborhood beloved resident cat.
