At the meeting point of Toronto's Riverdale and Leslieville neighbourhoods, sales are underway for Kaleido Corporation's Elevate at Logan, an SRN Architects-designed stacked townhome complex on Logan Avenue at Gerrard Street East. The project is offering suites with integrated "smart home" features in a range of units types, with one-bedroom+den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom+den layouts starting at 813 ft², and priced between $694,000 and $1,800,000.

Several two-bedroom+den layouts are available in the building, including 'The Selena,' a 1,247 ft² single-level suite on the second floor with two bathrooms, and a 47 ft² balcony connected to the master bedroom, as well as the option for a central kitchen island.

With approvals in place, it won't be long until shovels go in the ground for the project. In the meantime, more information about suites and other building features can be found at the project's presentation centre, located at 240 Logan Avenue, and open Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 7 PM, and weekends from noon to 5 PM.
