The Daniels Corporation's Daniels Erin Mills community is set to continue its growth at Eglinton and Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga, with marketing now well underway for the next phase of the high-density community. The 19-storey Kirkor Architects Planners-designed 'Arc' follows the community's 'West Tower' condominium building and 'Skyrise' rental tower, this one rising at the east end of the master-planned community, facing the corner of the two streets.

The project also features a collection of two bedroom+den layouts, ranging in size from ’The Turquoise’ at 844 ft2 and ‘The Sapphire’ at 1,080 ft2. Sized at 964ft2, 'The Cambridge' layout's design takes the structure's curving southeast corner into account. Three-bedroom layouts at Daniels Arc range in size from ‘The Arc’ at 1,078 ft2 to ‘The Crystal’, which at 1,487 ft2 is the largest suite offered within the development. Found on floors 15 through 19, this layout is also heavily influenced by the building's curving floorplates, occupying the northwestern point of the building. With a wraparound balcony offering views to the north, east, and west, this layout's outdoor space alone rivals the square-footage of many two-bedroom units found throughout the region.

While not as expansive as 'The Crystal' layout pictured above, 'The Diamond' layout is the only three bedroom+den unit on offer at Daniels Arc. Located on floors 16-19, this 1,250 ft2 layout offers two bathrooms including an ensuite, as well as a 330 ft2 balcony offering views to the south and west.

Residents of Arc's suites will have access to a collection of amenity spaces featuring interiors appointed by HOK, and concentrated on the 4th and 5th floors of the building. In addition, the double-height ground floor is set to contain 15,000 square feet of retail space, while a wide pedestrian plaza and a central park known as the "community courtyard" will add to the nascent public realm.
