Launched earlier this year, Burlington's Nautique Lakefront Residences is now mostly sold out, with only 8 of 27 floorplans now remaining. Designed by Icon Architects, the Adi Development Group condominium will contribute a contemporary high-rise presence to Burlington's waterfront, adding 170 new homes to the city's Downtown.

Rising to a height of 26 storeys, the project will feature retail space at grade, bringing vitality to the corner of Lakeshore and Martha, which is currently occupied by a surface parking lot. Above, the residential suites range in size from 452 ft² to 1,859 ft², with many of the south-facing units offering unobstructed views of lake Ontario.

Featuring ceiling heights of up to 11'6" in some suites, the Cecconi Simone-designed interiors are configured with open-concept layouts that—combined with the floor-to-ceiling windows—are designed to foster a spacious ambiance.

Nautique's custom-designed kitchens feature DuPont's Corian countertops and backsplashes, along with under-cabinet lighting and single bowl stainless steel sinks. The standard five-piece appliance package also includes integrated fridges and dishwashers, with the panelized appliances fitted into the cabinetry. The built-in ovens feature a ceramic cooktop below a high-powered hood fan, while stainless steel microwaves are also included as part of the package.

As in the kitchens, the bathrooms feature Corian finishes, along with contemporary wall-mounted faucets and extensive cabinetry and storage space. For bathrooms, a choice of finishes—including porcelain or ceramic floor and wall tiles—is available, while a polished chrome accessory package is offered as an extra. All units also include in-suite stacked washer and dryer installations.

Each of the 170 one and two-bedroom suites opens out onto an outdoor space, with balconies and terraces—which wrap around the southeast facing suites, as seen above—providing a secondary living area in the warmer months. In addition, an extensive range of indoor and outdoor amenities is offered, with an 18th floor terrace providing panoramic views of the water to all residents.

We will keep you updated as the start of construction nears, and more information becomes available.
