Beginning on November 14, Waterfront Toronto and the City of Toronto will host their final public consultation meetings in regards to plans now under way for the Port Lands. A public open house will be held on Saturday, November 14, with info sessions running throughout the day. This will be in addition to two evening workshops on November 17 and 18. The aim of this final consultation process will be to provide updated information, and to seek public feedback in regards to three current inititives: the Port Lands Planning Framework, Villiers Island Precinct Plan, and the Port Lands South of Eastern Transportation and Servicing Master Plan EA.

The format of these meetings will be similar to those held in the first phase of the Port Lands Acceleration Initiative and are designed to stimulate discussion and to generate feedback. For those who cannot attend, or for those wishing to take a second look, all of the presentations will be recorded and posted online. Until then, interested members of the public are encouraged to visit portlandsconsultation.ca for more information on work done to date on these and other related projects in the Port Lands redevelopment area.
