Construction of Tridel's Avani is soon to reach a major milestone, as the first of the twin Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium towers now sits just shy of its final height of 35 storeys. Avani has made significant progress over the course of the summer, as crews developed a rhythm in constructing the building's repetitive tower floors, for a jump of 11 storeys in little over 8 weeks.

With just one more residential floor left to construct before work begins on the building's mechanical penthouse level above, we look forward to seeing this tower top off in the coming weeks. To help show off the development's impressive rate of growth over the summer, we've created an anigif of webcam stills of the site, captured in late-June, late-July, and again today as we approach the close of August. This animation also shows the progression of the tower's grey window wall cladding installation, which now reaches the 16th level.

As Avani approaches its final height, sales continue for the development's second phase, Avani2. Residents of both towers will have access to 'Club Avani' amenities in the podium. There, they will find spaces including a fitness centre, Yoga studio, steam rooms, a fireplace lounge, private dining room with fully equipped prep kitchen, a billiards lounge, a theatre, and a large party room a bar area and plenty of seating.
