Located just east of Bathurst on Adelaide Street West, Plaza's Musée Condos is now starting to rise above street level. Designed by Quadrangle Architects, the 17-storey development progressed since we last checked in back in April when we noted the completion of the underground structure and the start of the above ground construction. Now two months later, upward progress on Musée is now revealing more than just the shape of the building.

New photos of the Musée site now show the shape of the public park, to be located at the southeast corner of the site, as outlined by the building behind it. Once complete the 8,000 square foot park will be a calming area where people can sit, relax and enjoy the public art of the galleria, an open-air passageway that will cut through the 17-storey structure's ground level and connect the park to Adelaide Street. The park space was sought by the City to provide some new relaxation space to serve the new residents and visitors to the quickly growing King West area.

Once it opens its doors, Musée Condos will offer residents a variety of both indoor and outdoor amenities. On the ground floor residents can workout at the gym or practice yoga in the yoga room. They can invite friends or family and host togethers at the party room/gathering area. The second floor will feature three guest rooms, a cabana, an outdoor pool, whirlpools, a steam room, a theater as well as a meeting room. On the seventh floor residents get an outdoor amenities area equipped with couches, bars, a seating area with barbecues for outdoor dining.
