The Dundas and Jarvis intersection is rapidly shedding its rough-around-the-edges aesthetic as redevelopment reshapes the area. The newest project to come to the area is Dundas Square Gardens by developer Easton's Group. Designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, the large-scale residential development will consist of a 475 foot 47-storey tower and an integrated 17-storey arm, offering a combined 978 units with prices starting at $199,998.

The development is gearing up for its official sales launch, and the exclusive preview opening of the Dundas Square Gardens condominium sales office. It will offer attendees up to $10,000 off the purchase price of suites as well as a chance to win an all expenses paid trip for two to New York City, including return airfare for two, a luxurious hotel stay, complimentary dinner and tickets to a Broadway show.

Only registrants may attend the Preview Opening, which takes place this Saturday June 14th from noon to 5 PM at The Hilton Garden Inn, Toronto City Centre at 200 Dundas Street East at Jarvis Street, the future site of the development. The centrepiece of Dundas Square Gardens will be Dundas Square Tower, a 47-storey tower on the western half of the site, along with a shorter 17-storey boutique styled Garden Tower. The project will boast more than a third of an acre of five rooftop garden and terraces on different levels, totalling over 16,000 square-feet. The development will be located close to transit, a short walk from the shops and vibrance of Yonge Street, Yonge and Dundas Square and the Toronto Eaton Centre, as well as Allan Gardens and Ryerson University. As part of its commitment to the area, The Easton’s Group will donate $1,000 for every unit sold to Ryerson University, with the donation topping off at $1 million.

For registrants looking to attend the opening, you can RSVP directly by emailing DundasSquareGardens@bakersales.info. Those who have yet to register can still do so by following the 'request info' link below.
