A new townhome development is coming to a great site on the west side of Port Credit, and with it's urban-modern design it can be taken as another sign that Mississauga is growing up. ParkLane, by young developer KobenHavn, will bring 18 four-storey Turner Fleischer Architects-designed townhomes to Lakeshore Road and Godfrey Lane, a short drive west of Port Credit's enjoyable restaurant and shopping district, and its vibrant marina area.

The project will also be situated immediately adjacent to the 17.78 acre Brueckner Rhododendron Gardens, one of the GTA's best kept scenic secrets. The large garden park across the lane connects the site to Lake Ontario, giving future residents of ParkLane an outdoor oasis complete with gardens, greenspace and waterfront access.

ParkLane is offering both two and three-bedroom units, ranging in size between 2,169 square-feet and 2,635 square-feet and starting in the $900,000s. The interior spaces of the 18 towns have been designed by Bryon Patton and Associates, and promise bright natural light with floor to ceiling windows and views overlooking the park and gardens.
