Concord Adex's latest condominiums under construction at CityPlace - Quartz and Spectra - have risen well above ground level—even above ground level across the street at Canoe Landing Park, the area's highest point. Recent photos of the development show that crews have been hard at work here as these two now rise beyond half a dozen floors each.

The amount of growth is evident when comparing the image above with one below from March: in a span of five months, the buildings have left the ground plane far behind.

While each tower will be a different number of storeys tall, Spectra, at 39 storeys, will eventually be just about the same height as Quartz, a 41-storey building, but one which starts lower on the sloping site.

The architectural design of the towers is by RAW Design. The buildings will share amenities in an angular building on site called the Prisma Club, to be outfitted by Figure3. The towers are scheduled to be completed in December 2014.
