Nothing delights us more here at UT than watching our city grow, especially when we get to do it from our office windows. Just outside our Adelaide East offices we've been watching Ivory on Adelaide from its humble beginnings last year, and now this future condo is starting to make a real impact on the neighbourhood. Even as we just covered this building at the beginning of this month, it's worth reporting again how quickly Ivory is coming together.

Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, this future 22-storey building is soon to dwarf our modest 5-storey structure next door. Ivory has now reached almost a full four storeys above grade.

When complete later next year, this Plaza-developer tower will contain 358 residential units as well a good deal of amenities including a party room and roof deck. One of Ivory's biggest assets is its central location close by so much of what makes Toronto terrific, like the St. Lawrence Market, the Distillery District, and the Financial Core.
