This week MOD Developments have released some new interior renderings for their 60-storey Massey Tower Condos. MOD's Suite of the Month campaign features suite 3112, a junior one-bedroom on the building's northwest corner. Boasting what will be some amazing views from its floor to ceiling windows, MOD is hoping to attract buyers this month offering a custom bed/entertainment unit designed by the Massey Tower's interior design firm Cecconi Simone, as well as a $1500 gift card to its neighbour across the street, the Eaton Centre.

This unit starts at $325,000 and offers a walk-in closet, an oversized balcony, and access to the large list of building amenities including guest suites and a workout centre. The Massey Tower's location will surely be a huge draw, given the proximity to the the Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Yonge-Dundas Square and the Financial District.

When this Hariri Pontarini Architects-designed building is complete, its residents and passers-by can expect to see quite a dramatic change at street level and in the sky. Similar to MOD's other project on Yonge, Five St. Joseph, the Massey's base will include the refurbishment of a heritage building, in this case the former bank building at 197 Yonge Street.
