The Daniels Corporation has achieved 300 firm sales on 363 suites in its One Park Place Condos in Regent Park, which represents 83% of available units. According to Daniels Vice-President Martin Blake, "Such brisk sales in the second phase of the Regent Park revitalization...proves that a great condo in a great neighbourhood at the right price will draw buyers, whatever the market conditions." He added that Daniels' success is derived from "a combination of stringent standards for building and customer service and innovative programs designed to help buyers become homeowners," listing the company's First Home BOOST program as one of the GTA's strongest first-time buyer programs.

Tarion named Daniels as the High-Rise Builder of the Year in recognition of the positive impact its programs have on buyers and the effect of Daniels communities on the City of Toronto. Tarion is the agency responsible for new home warranties in the province of Ontario.

Blake summarized the dramatic success of Daniels Corporation communities by saying, "At our core, we are about value and about values... We offer desirable products at fair prices, something buyers will always respect, and try hard to make a lasting legacy of community spirit wherever we build. It's clear that One Park Place is the embodiment of what we hold dear."

The Daniels Corporation partnered with Toronto Community Housing to revitalize Regent Park, now in its second of five phases. The first phase, including One Cole and national retail chains at ground level such as FreshCo. by Sobeys and Royal Bank have brought desperately needed amenities to the neighbourhood. The recently opened Daniels Spectrum (formerly Regent Park Arts and Cultural Centre) and the Paintbox Bistro at the base of Paintbox Condos have brought more diverse activity to Regent park.
