Today's Photo of the Day comes courtesy of UrbanToronto Forum member lucci who shared with us this breathtaking view from inside the SickKids Research and Learning Tower. Towering over the night skyline and Bay Street canyon, it is a priviledge to witness this stunning perspective currently only exclusive to construction workers. This jaw-dropping angle offers a unique outlook on the evolving cityscape and dynamic city below. Designed by reknowned Diamond Schmitt Architects, the 21-storey tower is set for completion in 2013. The multi-hued cladding system and curved atria are certain to be defining statements for this soon-to-be Bay Street institution.
