For about two weeks now, the construction team at the Hullmark Centre have been putting some cladding on the south tower, and we are beginning to get a solid idea of what the building will look like once complete. Thankfully, we have some images of the cladding progress courtesy of UrbanToronto Forum users vz64 and cruzin4u.

With only a small part of the southern tower having cladding so far, it appears that the monotone grey panels are being used on the recessed segment of the southern wall while the glass panels with white accent are being installed on the portion of the wall facing Yonge Street.

Coinciding with the partial cladding of the Hullmark Centre, Tridel has created a time-lapse video of construction at Yonge and Sheppard and uploaded it to Youtube. The video, which shows the building's progress up until May 2012, was shot using Tridel's construction camera which has a live feed of the site and updates every 30 minutes.

The Hullmark Centre is being developed by Tridel and Hullmark Developments, and is designed by Kirkor Architects. For more information on the Hullmark Centre, visit its page on the UrbanToronto Forums here.
