We have breaking news about a potential condominium development at the corner of Shuter and Dalhousie Streets. UrbanToronto Forum member, Travis, did some investigating and found information the new downtown condo development, designed by the team at Architecture Unfolded.

Based on the renderings, if built, the condo will be 33 storeys tall, including a three-storey yellow-and-blue- coloured podium.
